The Law Offices of Turner and Phillips, was founded by Cleveland C. Turner in 1968. Mr. Turner successfully practiced law in Clarksville and surrounding areas until his retirement in 1996.

The firm is now comprised of two attorneys, Stacy Turner and Sheri Phillips. Mrs. Turner’s focuses in the areas of Family Law, Divorce law, Custody law, Child Support law, Paternity law, Juvenile and all Domestic Issues, as well as Criminal Defense. Ms. Phillips’ areas of practice include Workers Compensation law, Personal Injury law, Social Security Disability law, Juvenile law, Criminal and Civil Litigation.
